When you are logging into webmail, are you getting an odd error such as "Request Check Failed" or "Invalid Request! No Data Saved"? Those errors don't tell you very much about the problem, unfortunately. However, help is here! It's normally a browser cookie problem.
Request Check Failed
If you see "Request Check Failed", that means that somehow you got to the login screen while still being logged in and are trying to log in again. It's a security check to make sure someone isn't trying to hack into your account. You are already logged on that browser. You should see a "logout" button at the bottom. If not, then you will need to follow your browser's instructions on how to delete cookies/data from one website (see below for a couple of browser instructions).
Invalid Request! No Data Saved
If you see "Invalid Request! No Data Saved", this is also a browser cookie problem that does not mean you are already logged in but that somehow your browser cookie for our website isn't working correctly. You will need to also follow the steps to delete cookies from our website on your browser.
