Do you need to change the password you use to check your email? Here’s how!
- Sign into webmail.
- Click Settings
- Click Email Password in the panel that appears on the left.
- Type in your current password to verify ownership.
- Type in your new password, then confirm by typing it again. Please use a secure password with a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and at least one special character.
- Click Save.
- Use your new password to log in from now on.
Here's a screenshot of what the screen should look like if you have clicked "Settings", then "Email Password" (if you have changed from the default "skin", it may look a little different).

The steps are the same if you are on a phone.
- Go to webmail on your mobile device browser and sign in.
- Tap the three lined menu icon in the upper left and you will see the following screen:
- Choose "Settings"
- Choose Email Password
- Type in your current password to verify ownership.
- Type in your new password, then confirm by typing it again. Please use a secure password with a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and at least one special character.
- Tap Save.
- Use your new password to log in from now on.
