You can create a group within webmail by clicking your Contacts icon (normally on the left of the screen but if you have changed the "skin" from the default one, it could be in the upper right).
Once there, you should see any contacts you have added so far. On the left there is a column called "Groups".
Click the little three dot menu at the top and choose "Create Group". (if you have changed the skin of webmail, this might instead be a "plus" at the top or bottom of that column)
Name your group and save it. Then click on the contact that you want to add and you will see a new tab above their information called "Groups". Click that and then choose the group you just created. Do that for every contact you wish to be in that group.
Once the group is created, you can send email to that group. When composing an email, look to the right of the "to" field and you will see a little icon that looks like a group. Click that, click Personal Addresses, then click the Group name you created and then click "Insert". It should insert them into that "to" field.
You can export a group of contacts to a .vcf file if you need to share it with someone.
Here's how to do that:
- Go to your contacts
- Click the group you want to export. The contacts in that group should show up in the next column over to the right.
- Click "Select" up at the top of the column where the contacts are listed and choose "Selection" and check boxes will appear next to the contacts. Click on the ones you want to export.
- While the contacts are selected (each with a check in the box), go over to the upper right and click the little down arrow beside the "Export" button (make sure to click the arrow, not the Export button) and it will give you the option to either "Export all" or "Export Selected".
Here's what that looks like. We have a red arrow pointing where you need to click: - Choose Export Selected
- Save the file to your device.
- Then send that file to the person you want to share the contacts with.
