Need to export your calendar or import one from a different service? Here’s how to do that.
If you have one you need to bring from another service, first you will need to export your calendar from the other service. Usually there’s a way in the settings to export it to an .ics file that you can save to your computer. Once you do that, it’s as simple as clicking the “Import from File” button you see in the screenshots below. Here's how to get to that area in webmail.
Click Calendar over on the left menu, then click the edit icon for your calendar to get to the settings.
Note: If you click anywhere but the edit icon, it will turn off the calendar. You just have to click it again to turn it back on.
Once you do that you will see the next screen with a tab that says "Import/Export". Click that link.
Once in the next option, click "Import from File" and choose the file you downloaded from the other service.
Import the .ics file you downloaded from the other service and you should see a green message in the bottom right that says it imported successfully.
Then when it disappears, click the Blue Save button.
You should then see the calendar events you imported when viewing your calendar.

You can also import other ical calendars into your webmail calendar. You can find different calendars to use on sites such as this one: https://www.calendarlabs.com/ical-calendar/
Just download the file, then go to your calendar in webmail and choose edit, then import/export. Import that file you just downloaded and then go look at the calendar!
Here's a way to have the US Holidays on your calendar.
- Go to https://www.calendarlabs.com/ical-calendar/ (please be advised that this is a site we do not control)
- Click on "US Holidays" under the Popular Calendars section.
- Then click the green download button. It will save to your computer as a file called "US_Holidays.ics".
- Go to your calendar in webmail. Over on the left just underneath the small calendar display, there is a plus sign. Click that to create a new calendar and name it US Holidays and then save it.
- It will appear in your calendar list on the left.
- Hover over where it appears on the left and click on the little pencil icon that comes up so you can edit it.
- Click the Import/Export tab in the top of the calendar
- Click Import and navigate to the file you just downloaded.
- In the bottom of the page on the right, it should pop up a little message saying it imported successfully.
- Click Save.
- Now your US Holidays calendar should show on your calendar.
- If you ever want to not display that calendar, you can click the name of the calendar and it will disappear. Click it again to make the holidays appear again.
If you are not interested in having it separate from your main calendar, you can skip the calendar creation process and just edit your main calendar and follow steps 6-11.
