We will answer support requests during our regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. We can normally get back with you within an hour if not a few minutes during that time unless there is a backlog of requests. If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, please click here.
You can also look for the chat button in the lower right hand corner of this page. Chat has limited hours but the chat button will show up when someone is available.

If you are unable to check your ILJ email and have also lost access to your off network email so that you are unable to use the reset password form to have a new one sent to you automatically, you can request that someone text your phone with a new password. We can send a text to the phone number we have on file for your account so make sure you tell us your name and email address when you fill out the contact form so we can look up your information.
