Yahoo/AOL/Verizon (the Verizon Media Group) sometimes delays messages. It has taken up to 12 hours to arrive. Please contact us if it's been 24 hours and you haven't seen the emails from us you are expecting.
Can you check messages at the email address you gave us to reply to? We get a surprising amount of people that only give us the email address they aren't able to log in to so our replies will not be seen. Please make sure that when you contact us, you give us an email address you are able to check messages at.
Make sure you either filled out the contact form or replied directly to an email we sent you. Do not email any address for support that does not end in @iljmail.com.
During our regular office hours (every day from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Central), we normally answer within an hour or two and most often within minutes!
If you haven’t heard from us and it’s been 24 hours, then our reply is most likely in your spam folder or has been filtered or deleted by something beyond our control. Once you find them, please add those email addresses to your contact list/address book so that it will help those messages get to your inbox.

If so, we can chat with you live. If not, please fill out the form again and if we have a the phone number on file for your account, we can send you a text with the needed information.
