There are a few different reasons that you might not be receiving emails.
1. Make sure you have your settings correct in your app or program. Log in to webmail to see if you see messages there. That is the first thing to test. If you see messages in webmail but not in your program or app, then check your settings because there is a problem somewhere there.
2. Check your Junk folder in webmail. I know we all want to forget about that Junk folder like a junk drawer in our house but it is necessary to check it every so often to make sure good emails are not being filtered there. Good emails being filtered to the spam folder can be caused by many different things and those things can change from time to time as spammers change their tactics. Good emails will get caught in the crossfire sometimes so make it a practice to check the spam folder. If you consistently have trouble with good emails getting filtered there, contact us for a special link for our customers that will help you control your spam and whitelists/blacklists easier.
3. If all else fails and you are not getting something specific you are looking for: Contact us to let us know what it is you are looking for and exactly where it should be coming from. Sometimes even big companies make mistakes when setting up their outgoing email servers and it can get caught by filters that keep our server from being inundated with spam. We can check the mail logs to see if something like that is happening and we can whitelist your sender's email server if needed. (You don't even want to know what those base filters keeps out otherwise.)
