If you forget your password for either the email account or the billing account login, it's really easy to reset it.
If you forgot your email password (to get messages):
Go to the webmail login page: https://webmail.iljmail.com
Under the login form there is a link that says "Forgot Password"
Click that and fill in your email information along with your off network email address. Please read the instructions on how to enter your email address.
When submitted, it will send a new password to your off network email address. Wait for that email before you submit the form again or it will reset it again and send you another password.
Once you are logged in, you can change your password to something else by clicking "Settings", then "Password.
If you forgot your billing/account management password:
Go to the My Account login area here: https://account.iljmail.com/my-account
Click the "Lost Password" link under the login form.
Type in your off network email address and it will send you an email with further instructions on how to reset your password there.
If you no longer have access to your off network email address:
Fill out the contact form and let us know that you can not get into your email with us and you don't have access to the off network email anymore. We can reset your password for you and send the information through text to the phone number we have on file.
