To add your mailbox in the Thunderbird mail client, please follow these instructions:
These instructions are for version 102.12.0 It’s possible your settings are slightly different but the server names and ports will be the same.

In Thunderbird, click on the main menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top right of the screen.
Click Account Settings.
Click the Account Actions menu (bottom left).
Click Add Mail Account.
Enter your name, email address and password and click Continue.
Click Configure Manually and enter the following settings:
These are settings for IMAP (recommended)
INCOMING SERVER:
Protocol: IMAP
Hostname: email.iljmail.com
Port 993
Connection Security: SSL/TLS
Authentication Method: Normal Password
Username: your complete email address
OUTGOING SERVER:
Hostname: smtp.iljmail.com
Port: 587
Connection Security: STARTTLS
Authentication Method: Normal Password
Username: your complete email address
Click Re-test.
Click Done.
Here's an example of what it should look like. Make sure to put your own email address in the place of the one in this image. :)
POP3
If you are wanting to use POP for your emails, all you have to do is choose POP3 under Incoming instead of IMAP and change the incoming port number to 995.
