All about the Billing Panel
We will have a video here soon with all the info right in a short video to give you a good idea about what to expect in the billing panel. Until then, please scroll down to see the images and explanations.
To log into the Billing Panel, go to https://billing.iljmail.com
Type in your administrative email address and password.
NOT your @ilj or @ilovejesus.com address. You need to use the email address you used to set up the account and get your billing information.
You will see the main dashboard much like the image below.
On the right, you can see your setup information that was emailed to you during setup. If you click it, the screens will be similar to these:
If you look at the top menu and click Plan, you will see this screen:
You can add or delete email accounts from your billing account here. Please note that if you add or delete an account, you must then go to your Admin Panel to set up the email address you want to go with it. For more information on how to add or delete email accounts, please check out this article.
If you click the Invoices menu item at the top of the page, you will see the following page and it lists all invoices for you to view or print.
If you click the Billing Info menu item you will see the following screen where you can change your billing email contact, name, address, and credit card information. Please note that the credit card information is only taken on this form but is not stored on our servers. It has a secure connection (you should always see the green locked padlock icon at the top and the https before the url) that connects it to our payment gateway (stripe.com).
If you click the Manage Mailboxes menu item, it will take you straight to your Admin Panel. Please see this article on more about the Admin Panel.
If you click the menu item with your name, you will see a drop down list of options. You can choose to Logout, Change your Password or Cancel your Account.
Here's a look at the Change Password screen. Please read this article on changing your password. If you change your password here, please keep the box checked that says "Update Admin Control Panel Password" unless you just want separate passwords for some reason. If you don't, then the automatic login at the top of the screen "Manage Mailboxes" will not automatically log you in.
Finally, choosing the Cancel Subscription will take you to this screen. We hope you don't ever use this screen but we understand that sometimes things change. Please click here for a detailed article on how to cancel your account.
